Cancelations and Non-shows: 

No fee is charged for cancelation 73hours prior to the confirmed tour
For cancellation made within 49 – 72 hours prior to the confirmed tour 50% of the amount is charged

For non show or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the tour time 100% of the ammount is charged.
